How to Use:
- Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn it on/off.
- Use the rotating arrow button to switch modes (two modes: strong massage and gentle massage).

Other Precautions:
- This device operates in 10-minute timer cycles; it will automatically turn off after the timer expires.
- It cannot be turned on while charging.
- The indicator light is red while charging and turns white when fully charged.
